  1. Working women have to juggle a lot of things in today's society. Between their career and their personal life, it can seem as if there isn't enough time in the day to deal with it all. Instead of trying to do everything herself, a woman needs to understand that by asking for help it doesn't make her weak but will help her to reduce stress.
